    Dr. Naomi Epel is a Social Worker (BA, MA). She earned her PhD from Tel-Aviv University and is a respected expert in her field as well as a certified practitioner and supervisor of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Dr. Epel practices individual, couples and family therapy. Dr. Epel is Director of Shitot Institute and a managing partner of the School for CBT in Ra’anna, Israel. She is a lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University School of Medicine and an instructor of advanced qualification programs for CBT therapists. This is her fifth book and has also written four children’s books: Grandfather Jamico’s Secret Jar, Ofi Tofi – the Beauty Queen, Grandfather Jamico’s Light Switch & Zizee and Lalee Discover What Friendship is All About.
